The 2011 Unwooded Chardonnay has clean, floral wine, with honey and white stone fruit aromas, displaying medium intensity with suggestions of green pear, cashew and pineapple. Serve with potato and ricotta gnocchi with broccoli, radicchio and pangrattato, Braised octopus salad, Livornese seafood stew or Salt crusted snapper with fennel.

2011 Chardonnay

The 2011 Chardonnay is clear, lemon with bright gold highlights. Medium intensity with developing clean fresh scents of pineapple, honeydew melon and citrus. Soft and rich fresh clean flavours of creamy ripe pineapple with a fresh lime finish. The 100% barrel fermentation in new Fench oak has produced a complex integrated Chardonnay. This wine will continue to develop over the next 3-5 years. Serve with: Thai infused whole snapper, Sardine exabeche with white asparagus and orange salad, barbeque spatchcock, Rolled pork belly stuffed with Calvados prunes.

NV Cuvee

The NV Cuvee has a clear appearance in colour, with a fine persistent bead, delicate mousse and pale lemon tints of medium intensity. Citrus fruit, pear and melon on the nose, supported by clean nutty bread dough scents with some developed characters. Serve with Oysters Rockefeller, Caramelised onion, Roquefort and walnut dip or Spinach and burghul with grilled tomatoes and labne.

Our Grand Tawny is golden russet in colour with tinges of green. The bouquet offers lifted notes of raisins, plums and some savouriness, with an attractive nutty aroma. 2010 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is pale lemon with gold highlights. Bouquet of Citrus and passionfruit with suggestions of green apple, ginger, lychee and an element of grassiness. Silky on the palate, with lively flavours of kiwifruit, apricot, Granny Smith apple and rockmelon. This bright wine exhibits excellent depth of flavour, is of medium intensity, and has all the most attractive characteristics of the “Late Harvest” style. Supported by effective acid with a toffee lusciousness that is balanced by hints of gooseberry and citrus, finishing clean and crisp.
