Produced from the old bush vine Grenache planted by Colin Hugo in 1951. This low yielding 4 Acre block produces distinctive fruit with soft raspberry characters. Only the best selected rows are handpicked and whole bunch fermented to create a bright, juicy & fresh style Grenache.

Once handpicked bunches were then left in Bin for Whole bunch fermentation, to create a perfumed, juicy style wine.
Aging old French oak hogsheads for 7 months before bottling.
Clear, deep marron with hints of violet.
Fruit scents of bright red cherry, pomegranate and rose petal.
Volumes of clean fresh vibrant and juicy red berry fruit flavours of cherry, strawberry and raspberry, with delicate spice and Turkish delight flavours, complimented by fine silky tannins and a wonderful soft vibrant finish.
