Sparkling

 

Made using a tank fermented Charmat method. Our Hugo’s Sparkling is 52% Pinot Noir and 48% Chardonnay.

The base wine is put in a pressure vessel and a second fermentation takes place giving it more complexity.

A clean, fresh bouquet with Citrus characters lead on to white florals, yellow fruits and hints of nutty flavours on the palate.

We suggest Chicken Satay with Peanut sauce or Oysters anywhere, anytime!
